Program Officer: Oversees the development of programs and learning activities and seek out grants to fund these programs. Oversees projects, manage budgets, and develop proposals to grantees.

 Event Assistant Manager : Oversees event planner, event coordinator, event moderator, event administrator, and event entertainer manager. Manages the set up and design 

 Event Coordinator: In charge of planning and coordinating events and the management and organization of events.  

 Event Planner: In charge of the logistics, location(venues), catering, and vendors (preparation of events).

 Event Administrator: In charge of correspondence, invites, guest lists, and RSVPs 

 Event moderator: The master of event: introductions, time manager/order of events.

 Entertainer & Event manager: In charge of meeting and greeting, welcoming, conversing throughout the event, and ice breakers.
